How Long do you stay
after the ceremony? Most of
our wedding packages have us starting when you begin wedding
preparations on your wedding day. This can be hair &
Make-up at a salon, or getting into tuxedoes at the best man's
house. We're not done till the end of the reception (sorry, no
honeymoons!) We choose not to charge for our services
based on time, so you are never rushed on our account.
What Music will you use in the wedding
vide we get? We ask that our wedding clients provide
us with 20-30 songs n CD that we can choose from for the wedding
video. We also have the ability to record, and use any
music that is played at your reception. These 2 sources
for music is what we use for your wedding video. Remember
too that before we are done, we make an approval copy for you to
watch and approve. Even at this point, you have the
privilege of adding or changing the music used. After
all...it is YOUR wedding video
How long will it take
to get the approval copy of our wedding video? It
takes us about 40 hours of editing tile to put together a
wedding video...and we do more than just wedding videos.
Our contract with you says you will receive your approval copy
within 2-6 weeks. If it longer than that, we will let you
know. If you are in a hurry, or have a reception a week
later and would like to have it to show, we can accommodate your
request for a rushed delivery, but there is an extra fee for
that.
How many copies do we
get? We provide a minimum of 10 copies, maximum of 20
copies on DVD for the price of the package. More copies
can always be purchased for either $10 or $15ea.
How do you work?
What can I expect when you come join us? These
questions helps to define who Catalyst Video Productions are.
We see ourselves first as servants. second as videographers.
We are here for you, and we will serve you to the best of our
ability by capturing your day on video AND by taking care of
anything and everything we can for you to make your day go as
beautify as possible. We have cut wedding cake when the
caterers were not around to do it. We have packed wedding
gifts up on our car, and taken them to the bride and grooms
house on our way home. We have even driven the bride and
groom home from the reception once. If you hire us, you
will see we are there to serve you to whatever capacity we can.
Will you want private
time with the bride and groom before or after the ceremony?
No. Our shooting style is more like 'a fly on the wall',
where we shoot things as we see it, and we never choose to draw
attention to ourselves. We will mirror what your
photographer does, but we ourselves won't take your time for
anything unless you desire us too.
Is there anything you
want to ask of us? Well since you asked...we don't
want to surprise anyone by coming into your special day with a
video camera. Sometimes if family or wedding party don't
know that we are coming, we get the 'deer-in-the-headlights'
look. This usually passes quickly enough, but if you think
of it, spread the word that we're coming and that we're
basically nice people! As far as |
